Digital agency Verbal+Visual had a branding contradiction.
As the leading consultancy for sustainable retailers, they were widely respected for their stance on the dangers of unchecked consumerism. However, Verbal+Visual also needed to signal that they could catalyze retailer growth.
Our campaign fundamentally clarified the agency's brand narrative, resulting in a 200% increase in leads over 6 months.

To refresh the firm’s touchstone marketing campaign, I started with a question: What stories are currently working?
Leading extensive interviews with our sales team, I identified the narratives that were currently driving conversion. Then I worked with leadership and designers to build on those narratives, creating improved positioning, shaping new creative and launching a renewed campaign.
The resulting refresh was an essential part of powering a record year of firm growth.
